We cannot provide specialist interpretation services such as medical or legal interpretation.

Using The Service means that the user has agreed to follow the Terms of Use, having read and understood them. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you may not use the Service.
The operator offering the Service reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use as well as the information contained within the Service without prior notice. The operator offering the Service reserves the right to improve, change or discontinue the Service contents, the program, and/or information related to the product offered without prior notice.
The user agrees not to use the Service's website or the Service for functionality, performance, or availability tests, or benchmarking and reverse engineering with the intent to compete.
The handling of user information provided by the user is in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Prefecture or of the operator offering the Service when using the Service.
Calls may be recorded with the intent of improving the quality of The Service.
The operator offering the Service cannot guarantee that the following items will be ensured
In regards to damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages (including any loss of profit or foreseen profit, or loss of business) occurring in relation to the implementation/use of the Service, even if these are brought about by a third party, or if the Prefecture or the operator offering the Service has prior knowledge of the possibility of such damages, neither the Prefecture nor the operator offering the Service can accept responsibility. (Except in cases where the Prefecture or the operator offering the Service demonstrates malicious intent or gross negligence.)
The Prefecture or the operator offering the Service accepts no responsibility if The Service is not able to fulfill its obligations or if The Service is delayed for circumstances out of the control of the Prefecture or the operator offering the Service. Unavoidable circumstances include but are not limited to government actions, war, riots, strikes or labor disputes, technological malfunction, internet disruptions, power outages, poor reception, weather, floods, fires, explosions, natural disasters, and local states of emergency.
As indicated in the Terms of Use, the operator offering the Service reserves all rights related to the Service under the conditions of explicitly granted limited rights. Rights other than those explicitly stipulated within the Conditions of Use are not granted to the user.
