Established in 1716. A long-established brewery that utilizes the handmade techniques. We actively take on the challenge of sake brewing. For example, a long term matured frozen sake that uses river-bed water from the clear stream of Odagawa River and pesticide-free rice grown by local contract farmers, the official reception sake in the 2008 Cannes International Film Festival, and liqueur jointly developed with local university students. The sake that is made with care and effort with each drop is filled with the spirit of a brewer who loves the local nature. If you make a reservation in advance, the staff will guide you to the brewery.
