Sake is made with dreams and the heart
A roughly 130 year old sake brewery. Using undeground water from Mt. Ishizuchi, this sake insists on using ingredients grown in Ehime. The sake is filled with the natural flavor of local Saijo. Believing in the motto "sake is made with dreams and the heart," hard work is put in to make use of the clean and traditional natural brewing process from the past. Visitors can come see the historical brewery, and during spring and autumn the brewery holds a brewery opening event.
